Since 2007, he has led the development of advanced information technology solutions for nearly 30,000 gas stations across China, supporting major players in the petrochemical industry, such as Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, CNAF, and Shell. His solutions have optimized the operation and management of these gas stations, enhancing both efficiency and profitability for these leading global brands.

In 2015, Mr. Meng took a significant leap into the financial technology sector by launching an innovative credit service platform based on traffic data. This platform has enabled major commercial banks such as Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and Hengfeng Bank to enhance their data-driven credit services. His expertise in creating cutting-edge technology solutions for financial institutions has helped redefine the approach to credit risk management and financial services in China.

In addition to his work in the digital and banking sectors, Mr. Meng's experience extends to large-scale infrastructure projects. He has overseen the construction of cement plants and played a leading role in several high-profile real estate developments in Hainan, Dalian, and Chengde.
