By accessing this Site, you expressly agree to:

 

• Treat all information as strictly confidential and commercially sensitive;

• Not disclose, copy, forward, download, or distribute any Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Touchstone;

• Use Confidential Information only for the purpose of evaluating a potential commercial or investment relationship with Touchstone or its portfolio entities;

3. Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure Commitment

As a condition of access to this Site and any Confidential Information, you agree to be bound by the principles of Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention, whether explicitly documented via NDA or implied by usage.

This clause shall remain in force for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of access and survive any termination of communication or relationship.

Where applicable, materials relating to token issuance, digital asset offerings, SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles), or private placement structures are subject to additional regulatory, tax, and jurisdictional constraints.
