Ms. Gina Jiang is a Senior Executive Partner of Touchstone Capital Partners with over 30 years of distinguished experience in research & development, investment, and management across the environmental protection, energy, and clean energy sectors. She is widely recognized for her leadership in developing energy infrastructure and circular economy projects across Asia, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jiang has led initiatives that advance renewable energy, clean power generation, and environmental sustainability, combining strong technical foundations with commercial execution and cross-border management expertise.
Ms Gina Jiang Story
Ms. Jiang began her career as a Chemical Engineer and Innovation Engineer at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where she worked at the Organic Chemical Research Institute from 1984 to 1992, building a solid technical and scientific foundation.
From 1993 to 2011, she was Director, General Manager, and Co-Founder of Oiltex Pte Ltd in Singapore. Under her leadership, Oiltex became a qualified and preferred supplier and partner to leading global oil & gas and petrochemical companies, including Shell (Singapore & Malaysia), Petronas, ExxonMobil (Singapore), Singapore Refining Company, Brunei National Petroleum Company, Sinopec, and PetroChina.

Between 2009 and 2014, Ms. Jiang served as Managing Director of Zhonghan Solar Power Pte Ltd, where she focused on the development and management of solar and renewable energy projects in Asia.

Since 2015, she has been Managing Director and Co-Founder of WPCE Group, overseeing a group of clean energy and power investment platforms, including: municipal waste to energy, biomass to sustainable wealth; photovoltaic power generation; energy storage and energy efficiency.

Through WPCE Group, Ms. Jiang continues to lead power generation, clean energy, and sustainable infrastructure projects, strengthening regional energy security while supporting low-carbon development goals.
