Andrea’s illustrious career spans over three decades, during which he has established himself as a leader in corporate finance, investment banking, and entrepreneurial innovation. As a Senior Partner at Touchstone Capital Group, Andrea plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s global investment strategies and executing large-scale, high-value transactions across diverse industries. His deep understanding of international markets and ability to foster partnerships have positioned him as a key contributor to Touchstone's success in navigating complex global financial landscapes.
Mr Andrea Mandel-Mantello Story
Prior to joining Touchstone, Andrea served as Executive Director at SBC Warburg in London (1988–1997), where he spearheaded investment banking activities between Italy and Israel. A member of the Board of Directors of SBC Warburg Italia SIM S.P.A., Andrea was instrumental in advising on innovative and high-profile transactions, including Italy’s first securitisation, which was a milestone in the modernization of the country's financial systems. His earlier experience at Chemical Bank International in London and Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura in Rome provided him with a strong foundation in corporate finance, enabling him to handle complex financial structures with precision and expertise.

In 1997, Andrea founded AdviCorp, where he serves as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the firm has become a trusted advisor for M&A and corporate finance, providing strategic solutions to clients across sectors. AdviCorp is recognized for its commitment to excellence and its ability to deliver results in the most challenging financial environments.

Andrea’s entrepreneurial spirit is also reflected in his role as a co-founder and board member of Italian Angels for Growth (IAG), Italy’s largest business angel network. Through IAG, he has actively supported and mentored early-stage startups, helping them secure funding, navigate challenges, and scale their operations. This initiative underscores Andrea’s dedication to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

A graduate of Yale University, Andrea holds dual degrees in Economics and Political Science, equipping him with a multidisciplinary perspective that he applies to his work in finance and strategy. Multilingual, Andrea speaks Italian, English, and French fluently and has working proficiency in Spanish and German, enabling him to operate seamlessly in diverse international markets.
