Born into a financial family with a strong tradition of patriotism and originally from Shantou, Guangdong, Ms. Chong has built a career centered on capital operations, enterprise strategy, and resource integration. Her strategic vision, execution capability, and deep regional networks are widely recognized within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area business community. (Upay), where she leads the development of secure, scalable, and compliant financial technology solutions across digital payments and cross-border commercial ecosystems, and also serves as Chairman of Uvision Travel Group Co., Ltd., overseeing strategy and growth in cultural tourism and cross-border travel with a focus on industry integration, technology enablement, and international cooperation; in parallel, she is Chairman of the China Cultural Heritage Foundation (Hong Kong), advancing initiatives in cultural heritage preservation, international cultural exchange, and sustainable development models that align commercial participation with public-interest objectives. As an Executive Partner of Touchstone Capital Partners, Ms. Chong plays a key role in the firm’s Asia-focused strategy, particularly in fintech, cultural and tourism-related investments, consumer platforms, and Greater Bay Area opportunities, supporting project origination, strategic partnerships, capital coordination, and platform development while facilitating collaboration among institutional capital, family offices, and operating partners to deliver locally aligned, cross-border investments with long-term value creation.
