Cheung Luyik

Mr. Cheung Luyik is an Executive Partner of Touchstone Capital Partners with extensive hands-on experience in investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, industrial integration, and asset management. He has played a leading role in complex cross-sector transactions, including the establishment of joint ventures between Fortune 500 companies and Chinese listed enterprises, the creation of municipal state-owned investment platforms, and the restructuring and M&A of multiple listed companies.

He brings deep expertise in platform building, institutional governance, and large-scale capital deployment, with a strong track record across both public and private market investments.

Mr. Cheung has led the formation of a second-tier municipal state-owned enterprise investment platform in Foshan, building the organization and investment team from inception and establishing its operational and governance framework. He has directed and participated in numerous listed-company restructurings, industrial consolidations, and strategic M&A transactions.

His operational experience spans mining asset integration, commercial real estate IPOs, and urban renewal projects, as well as the management and operation of large-scale real estate developments. Within private equity, he has developed long-term, sector-specific expertise in smart manufacturing, semiconductors, healthcare, education, new consumer sectors, and financial investments.

Mr. Cheung has been deeply involved in the establishment and management of private equity industrial guidance funds, government-backed industrial guidance funds, PPP industrial guidance funds, and single-family office structures, with cumulative assets under management exceeding RMB 100 billion.
