Jason Shen

As Senior Executive Director of Touchstone Capital Partners, he supports the firm’s investment platform in areas including capital coordination, family office partnerships, and alternative investment strategies, contributing to the development of long-term institutional and private capital relationships.

Mr. Shen has advised and served more than ten prominent Chinese families, many of whom are ultra-high-net-worth families with assets exceeding RMB 10 billion. He has been deeply involved in the design and establishment of family trusts, trust asset management, and wealth structure optimization, delivering comprehensive and customized wealth management solutions for long-term asset preservation and global succession planning.

Throughout his career, he has assisted client families in managing over USD 150 million in liquid family assets and in structuring more than USD 130 million in international high-value insurance policies. He is highly experienced in utilizing global wealth management tools, including family trusts, offshore funds, private and investment banking services, international insurance structures, and global residency planning frameworks.

Mr. Shen also assisted a leading family office in launching an exclusive USD-denominated investment fund in partnership with Rockefeller Capital, where the firm serves as an official strategic partner in Greater China. This collaboration reflects his ability to bridge international financial institutions with Asian private capital networks.

In addition to wealth management, Mr. Shen actively focuses on alternative investments across multiple sectors, including real estate funds, property development, commercial real estate, industrial park operations, agricultural industry funds, and supply chain finance. His cross-asset investment perspective enables diversified portfolio construction and strategic capital deployment.
