Carter Hu

As Senior Executive Director of Touchstone Capital Partners, he contributes to the firm’s platform development, strategic advisory, and investment ecosystem support, particularly in areas related to corporate governance, capital structuring, and high-growth enterprise development.

Mr. Hu is a Partner of China Integrity Holding Group and serves as a Senior Equity Consultant to a wide range of technology companies, venture-backed startups, and investment institutions. He is the Founder of Shenzhen Xinghuo Kaidian Technology Co., Ltd., and Co-founder of both Beijing Shanglun Xinchuang Culture Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Buluke Food Technology Co., Ltd. Through Shanglun Xinchuang, he has helped build one of China’s leading advisory platforms focused on equity architecture and enterprise growth consulting.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hu has advised numerous high-profile companies and venture-backed enterprises, including Xiaomi Corporation, Kingsoft Software, Bilibili, Joyy, and Chuange Heima. He has also worked closely with major venture capital institutions such as ZhenFund, Shunwei Capital, Morningside Venture Capital, KPCB, Matrix Partners China, and Beijing Zhongguan Tianshi Investment Management Co., Ltd.

Mr. Hu typically engages with companies from the early startup stage, providing end-to-end strategic advisory across multiple phases of development, including equity structuring, financing preparation, and organizational growth. The enterprises he has supported range in value from early-stage ventures worth millions of dollars to global companies valued in the tens of billions, with the cumulative market capitalization of companies he has advised approaching one trillion U.S. dollars.
