Matteo Torzi

Executive Director

Mr. Torzi’s professional work includes both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, market and industry analysis, debt financing, and public and private fundraising initiatives. He has played an active role in supporting companies through the development and execution of strategic financial plans, including the preparation and implementation of detailed business plans and financial models.


Before joining AdviCorp, Matteo was a Consultant at Bignami Associati from January 2020 to November 2022, where he focused on business plan development, company valuations (with a particular focus on real estate companies and football clubs), and financial consulting for international companies operating in Italy. He supported clients with tax compliance, accounting, management control, and other financial services, including consolidated financial statements and turnaround strategies for companies in crisis. Additionally, he assisted innovative startups with management control systems and public/private fundraising.

Matteo also gained experience in anti-money laundering activities and general accounting through his work with Study Grange-Lorito in 2017 and participated in training activities at Morgan Stanley in both 2014 and 2016, focusing on sales trading. His professional background is supported by his education, including a First Level Master in Finance and Business Strategy from John Cabot University in Rome, as well as a Degree in Economics and Managementfrom LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, where he graduated with honors.

Fluent in Italian and English, with basic proficiency in Spanish, Matteo is proficient in using advanced financial software tools like Microsoft Power BI, Datev Koinos, and various market analysis platforms such as TrackXN, Merger Market, and Valutico. He has a strong foundation in economic and financial analysis, financial statement analysis, and business development. His ability to work in teams and foster synergies with both colleagues and clients has been a key part of his professional development.
