Fluent in Dutch, English, Italian, and French, he has worked across Europe, the U.S., Africa, the Middle East, Australia, and South America. His core expertise spans IPOs, RTOs, M&A, strategic development, and capital sourcing for growth-stage companies. As CEO of Metal NRG, he successfully led its listing on the London Stock Exchange, raised over $30 million, and acquired a portfolio of diversified energy and resource assets. Rolf has a strong track record in corporate restructuring, exploration finance, and building strategic networks among financial, legal, and investment communities.

As CEO and board member of Metal NRG, Rolf listed the company on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, raised over £30 million, and assembled a diverse portfolio of assets including gold, uranium, oil & gas, and a waste-to-energy plant. He was instrumental in the founding and listing of Cobra Resources Plc, where he oversaw its evolution from a cash shell to an active exploration company with gold assets in Australia.
Earlier in his career, Rolf served as a strategic advisor and consultant for listed and private companies, raising tens of millions in capital and supporting M&A transactions, particularly within the AIM market. Notable projects include the turnaround and repositioning of Papua Mining (now Rockfire Resources), the relaunch of China Africa Resources, and raising project finance for ventures in Namibia and Africa.
He began his career in consulting with IMPACT Ltd and later led PMI Management Consultancy Ltd, expanding operations internationally and driving multi-million pound business development initiatives. Rolf holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from John Cabot University and combines strong operational and financial acumen with high-level stakeholder engagement, making him a trusted figure among investors, legal advisors, brokers, and financial institutions.
